
Eating Utensils
You definitely need these:
- 4 eggs
- 8 sausages [Chicken/Beef - your call]
- 8 strips of bacon [you can replace this with hams, etc]
- 1 large can of baked beans [not the combat ration size please]
- Iceberg lettuce [get this from the supermarkets]
- 8 slices of bread
- Oil
These are optionals: tomatoes / almonds / dried cranberries or raisins and
salad dressing – ceasar / french / italian
How to pull it off:
A. Prepare the salads
- Peel off the Iceberg lettuce layer by layer until you have about enough for your family.
- Wash them under the tap. Make sure all residues are removed.
- Tear them into small sizes [like the size of a credit card]
- If you wish, Add in tomatoes / almonds / dried cranberries or raisins or all of them.
- If you wish, Pour in about half a tea up of salad dressing – ceasar / french / italian but not all of them
- Mix the salads thoroughly by tuning them over with thongs or ladle or something other than your bare hands.
- Done
B. Prepare the baked beans
If using a microwave oven
- Pour the baked beans into a microwave-safe container and place it in the microwave
- Using the automatic-preset feature, set the time to 2 mins
- Remove from the microwave and let it cool
If using conventional stove
- Heat up a small pot under medium flame
- After 2 mns, pour the baked beans into the pot
- Stir an leave it to boil [should thake about 10 mins]
- Turn off the stove an leave it to cool
C. Fry the sausages & bacons
- Heat up a medium sized flat frying pan. Set the flame to medium.
- Add 2 table spoon of oil and wait till it is warm enough
- Fry the sausages for about 7 mins turing the sausages regularly. You know its done when the sausages start to brown
- Once all the sausages are done, fry the bacons using the same oil for flavour
- The baons shoulld be done in 10 mins with a medium sized flame
D. Fryng a bulls-eye
- Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil in a small sized flat non-stick frying pan. Set the flame to medium. [should take 3 mins]
- Break one egg into the heated frying pan
- Leave it to fry for about 2 mins before sliding it off the pan and into a serving plate.
- Repeat step 1 till all the eggs are done.
How to put it together
- Use a dinner plate.
- Put the salad in first. Usually onthe top right of the plate.
- Then fold the bacons and place it onthe top right corner of the plate.
- Put the eggs at the bottom half of the plate.
- Lastly, place 2 sausages just above the eggs.
So what do you do with the bread?
- Toast them lightly.
- Put them on a plate with some butter or jam onthe sie. Kids love to have them with peanut butter too.
